Prepare yourself for an extraordinary culinary experience as Ryan DePersio, our own executive chef, crafts a menu designed to pair exquisitely with the world-renowned Barolo wines from the Bovio family estate. 

This exclusive evening will feature Elisa Bovio, representing her family’s multi-award-winning winery steeped in history and tradition. Elisa will personally share the legacy of Bovio Estate, alongside the story of her family's Michelin-starred restaurant, Bovio Ristorante, a shining gem in Italy’s culinary and wine world.
